Gavin Swan B.Bus CPA M.Comm PNA JP 

Gavin started his career as an accountant with Ernst & Young in the audit department. From there, a successful stint at Mitsui and Brambles was followed by Qantas, where Gavin was in charge of Accounting and Finance for the Maintenance Department.

In 2000, Gavin moved to the Central Coast, and set up the East Gosford practice with Kim Byrnes. Since then, Gavin has become well known for his ability to quickly discover the cause of any issues clients may be having, developing solutions, then saving them thousands of dollars in tax.

Mike Muskens Acct.Cert Grad.Dip.Mrkt MBA

Having completed his accounting qualification at Queensland University of Technology, Mike commenced his career as an auditor at Caltex Oil in Sydney. Mike then carried out several operational roles at Caltex, including Retail Marketing Analyst and finally Regional Manager for Southern NSW.

After a senior management role at Claude Neon, Mike was invited to join Hungry Jack's as the NSW State Manager. There, Mike was responsible for building the company from a single store into a 44 store organisation turning over in excess of $80M, with more than 2,000 staff and 200 managers.

Mike then came to the Central Coast, managing one of the Coast's largest employers. From there, he opened a consulting business assisting small businesses of all types, specialising in productivity and profit improvement.

Mike joined Byrnes Swan having assisted over 500 businesses from around Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
